co-Activity Manager

co-Activity Manager is the software part of the master's thesis of Steven Houben titled "Activity Theory Applied to the Desktop Metaphor". It is an activity-based window manager for the Windows 7 platform that allows the user to re-organize their workflow into the structure of activities.

Builds

There are a few requirements for you to be able to test the system. You need:

• a Windows 7 (32 or 64 bit) computer with .net 4.0 Client Framework
• a network connection
• a Gmail account. Get it!
• a Dropbox account Get it!

Some additional things:

• make sure the installer has full administration rights
• add cAM to your Antivirus/Firewall rules with full access (important)

Important!

cAM is a an alpha version prototype application and should be handled as such.There are still a large number of bugs and other problems on which we are still working. If you do not feel confident or you have valuable information on your system we do not recommend that you install cAM on your main system: use a virtual machine in stead.
